Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM IST (GMT+05:30), Monday to Friday. Orders have a handling time of 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across India. Transit time is 4–7 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days including handling time.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted courier partners to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC.
  • The carrier is automatically selected based on the delivery destination and package size.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

6. Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are complete and correct before placing your order. TAKURAI is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Cancellations & Modifications
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes, please note the following:

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement.
  • How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately at takurai.supp@yahoo.com with your order number in the subject line.
  • Shipping Phase: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, we cannot modify or cancel it. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process once the package is delivered.

8. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee on returns or exchanges.

9. Return Window
Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

10. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date at takurai.supp@yahoo.com. Please include your order number and an unboxing video/photos of the damaged item.

11. Prices & Currency
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes (GST) are included in the displayed price. No additional charges are applied at checkout — what you see is what you pay.

1. Ordering & Cancellation

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred product and size, add it to your cart, and complete our secure checkout process.

Can I cancel my order?
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered the processing phase, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after delivery as per our return policy.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, a digital order confirmation and invoice will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.

We ship exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Which courier partners do you use?
We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC. The carrier is selected automatically based on your pincode and package size.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return window?
Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Under what conditions can I return a product?
We accept returns only if the product is received in damaged condition or has a manufacturing/print defect. A valid unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request.

Is there a restocking fee?

Return Policy

At TAKURAI, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Manufacturing or print defects
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Size issues (exchange only, subject to availability)

Note: A valid unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or damage claim.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for the return, and your unboxing video or photos of the item.
  3. Approval: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to courier availability in your pincode).

Reverse Pickup Policy:

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice.
  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, the customer must ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at takurai.supp@yahoo.com with your order number and unboxing video/photos so we can resolve the issue immediately.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

6. Exchanges
We offer hassle-free FREE size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • No exchange shipping fee — we cover two-way shipping at no cost to you.
  • If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer a suitable replacement or alternate product.
  • Note: Exchanges are not applicable on sweatpants.

7. Return Fees & Costs

Restocking Fee ₹0.00 — We do not charge any restocking fee.
Return Shipping (Damage/Defect) ₹0.00 — We arrange reverse pickup at no cost.
Exchange Shipping Fee ₹0.00 — We cover two-way shipping for all size exchanges at no cost.

8. Cancellations
