1. Ordering & Cancellation

How do I place an order?

Simply select your T-Shirts add them to your cart, and complete our secure checkout process.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered the processing phase, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after delivery.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, a digital order confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively to the India.

What are your shipping times?

* Handling time: 1-2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Transit time: 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri).

Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on all orders.

How do I track my package?

A tracking number from DELHIVERY, BLUEDART, or DTDC will be sent to your email as soon as the order ships.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return window?

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What is the return fee? Free Returns.

Takurai covers the return shipping costs for all eligible returns.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges within 7 days. To request an exchange, contact our support team at takurai.supp@yahoo.com with your order details and the replacement item you'd like
