Refund policy

At TAKURAI, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Manufacturing or print defects
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Size issues (exchange only, subject to availability)

Note: A valid unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or damage claim.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at takurai.supp@yahoo.com to initiate the request.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for the return, and your unboxing video or photos of the item.
  3. Approval: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to courier availability in your pincode).

Reverse Pickup Policy:

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice.
  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, the customer must ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at takurai.supp@yahoo.com with your order number and unboxing video/photos so we can resolve the issue immediately.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval: If approved, refunds are processed via UPI transfer within 3-5 business days.
  • Processing: UPI details will be requested via your registered email. Please ensure your UPI ID is accurate to avoid delays.
  • Rejection: If the item fails our quality check (worn, washed, or damaged by customer), the return request will be rejected and the item returned to you.

6. Exchanges
We offer hassle-free FREE size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • No exchange shipping fee — we cover two-way shipping at no cost to you.
  • If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer a suitable replacement or alternate product.
  • Note: Exchanges are not applicable on sweatpants.

7. Return Fees & Costs

Restocking Fee ₹0.00 — We do not charge any restocking fee.
Return Shipping (Damage/Defect) ₹0.00 — We arrange reverse pickup at no cost.
Exchange Shipping Fee ₹0.00 — We cover two-way shipping for all size exchanges at no cost.

8. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for both prepaid and COD orders.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
