Return & Refund Policy — United States

At TAKURAI, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • In its original packaging (if possible)

We accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or fit
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Items that arrived different from what was ordered

3. Return Shipping Cost

Returns are completely free. We do not charge any return shipping fee or restocking fee for eligible returns within the 30-day window.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at takurai.supp@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  3. Ship it back: Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your provided address.
  4. Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at takurai.supp@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You'll be notified by email of the approval or rejection status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If rejected (item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us), the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

7. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color within the 30-day window, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll offer a similar alternative or issue a full refund instead.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please use the return process instead.

TAKURAI is an internationally operating brand. Orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled from our facility in India. Returns for US customers are handled via a prepaid shipping label — you will not be charged any cost to return your order, regardless of shipping distance.
