1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM IST (GMT+5:30) (Monday – Friday)
Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
All delivery estimates are based on business days.

4. Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled from our facility in India and shipped via international courier partners who ensure safe, trackable delivery to US addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update, as international shipments may take slightly longer to reflect on the carrier's portal.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address, ZIP code, and phone number are complete and correct before placing your order. TAKURAI is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Cancellations & Modifications
12-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement.
How to Cancel: Contact us at takurai.supp@yahoo.com with your order number in the subject line.
Shipping Phase: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, we cannot modify or cancel it. In such cases, please follow our standard return process once the package is delivered.
8. Customs & Import
As orders ship internationally from India, no additional customs duties or import charges apply to US orders — all applicable costs are included in your order total at checkout.
9. Prices & Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). No additional charges are applied at checkout — what you see is what you pay.
