1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively within India.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM IST (GMT+05:30) (Monday – Friday)
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times All delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday – Friday).

4. Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted courier partners to ensure your package arrives safely:
- Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC.
- The carrier is automatically selected based on the delivery destination and package size.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
6. Address Accuracy Please verify that your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are complete and correct before placing your order. TAKURAI is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Cancellations & Modifications We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes, please note the following:
- 12-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement.
- How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately at takurai.supp@yahoo.com with your order number in the subject line.
- Shipping Phase: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, we cannot modify or cancel it. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process once the package is delivered.
8. Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fee on returns or exchanges.
9. Return Window Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
10. Damaged or Missing Shipments If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date at takurai.supp@yahoo.com. Please include your order number and an unboxing video/photos of the damaged item.
11. Prices & Currency All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes (GST) are included in the displayed price. No additional charges are applied at checkout — what you see is what you pay.
